In My view

There is always a difference between monitoring and stalking. Bosses can track their employees work, but should be restricted to the office. Spying on personal data is both illegal and unethical. Its better to limit the resources given to employees for getting the job done, instead of giving them opportunities and then expecting loyalty. Installing surveillance system provide safety and security for both, but installing a spy cam or spy software will develop an unhealthy relationship with the bosses and the employees. Peoples feel insecure and always being watched this will negatively affect the quality of their work.
Although if Bosses are performing these kind of thing to their employees these things have both positive and negative responses depends upon the nature of an employee. Though Bosses are doing good, if they are Monitoring and Spying on employee works until then that the employee does not know about this He / She is being watched or tracked by his Officers and it should really be restricted only to their office. When they step-out from office then from office no one is allowed to track them where they are going what they are doing.
In other sense if an Employee came to know He’s being Monitored by his Authority then he will do the same work as he was doing before or may be little better but a employee can do what he knows and at how much he is loyal to his work, but after office would he walk easily on roads cause in his Mind it will be running.

  1. Hey Adil, after reading your article I will say I couldn't agree with you more! I think I can accept being snooped when I am working, like you said, if the snooping or monitoring are restricted to the office. I can understand that my company worrys about data security and risks of leaking confidential information. If I would be the boss, I will have the same concern and want to monitor my staff, too. And it is better if my company lets me know first that I am being snooped.
But I can't accept being snooped in my private life. This is a problem about human rights. And I think I will separate my private life from my work. So I will not be willing to being snooped in my private life. If that happens, I will fight for my rights and if needed, I will quit and find another job.
    Thanks ;D

  2. I really liked your analysis of this assignement of course there is two sides of the coin. Employees is seen as expandeble property and the employers make no desire to hide this fact from anyone.

Later on I would like to comment on the survillance of other citizens: If the goverment is following every move their people are making, who then follows the goverment?
